Mistake in order

If you make a mistake in your order and cannot rectify it, please let us know as soon as possible If the item has not been sent out, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order. If the item has been sent out we will issue a refund if it is returned to us in accordance with our returns policy

Refunds and returns

If you return the book or product to us within 10 working days of receipt then we will issue a full refund- but it is your responsibility to get it back to us. In order to do this, please e mail us in the first instance for postage directions
